She made a suggestion.tried that and called back... made another suggestion..tried that and called back..third time calling back got down to make and model of frig- that she knew off the top of her head- and it came down to it could be the relay or compressor and, she pointed out the stink (frig down for a month) would be worse with fans on. Then gave cost estimate without me asking. So now shopping for new frig. I think many other companies would not have had a knowledgeable person answering the phone and would have resulted in a service call to get same info.

He was prompt for the appointment, went right to work and got the job done quickly. Provided plenty of helpful maintenance advice and charged me fairly. I recommend highly!

- Technician was prompt and thorough. Gave a repair estimate that was fair and transparent (they itemized the cost of the part, shipping, and labor, which I confirmed by calling the Asko 800 number). Repair was done within 10 days of diagnosis. Part was supposed to arrive in approx. 3 days but didn't see it for 10. Not sure if that was the distributor's or the technician's fault. Would have liked better communication re: the status of the part. I had to call several times. Overall, though, we were very satisfied and would use Provider name locked. again!
